Cancellation Policy – Space Cruise Party Bus
At Space Cruise Party Bus, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for all customers and to maintain our high service standards, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Deposits & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit of $200 (Space Cruiser, Moon Patrol, and Sioux-Pur-Nova) or $300 (Enterprise) is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due the week of your booking before the scheduled trip. If you are paying with a card, then payment will be due the day you receive your confirmation call. If you are paying with cash then payment is due the day of your booking, upon your drivers arrival.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip: No refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling
• Customers may request to reschedule at least 21 days before the trip, subject to availability.
• A rescheduling fee of $50 may apply.
4. No-Show & Late Arrivals
• If the customer does not arrive at their scheduled time, the time will still start at the scheduled agreed upon time.
• Extra time beyond the scheduled trip may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
• If severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent safe travel, we will offer rescheduling or a credit toward a future booking.
• Refunds for weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of Space Cruise Party Bus.
